Water Fuel Cell in Sri Lanka!
Oh my, this 25 year old in Sri Lanka just reproduce Meyer's process, or something similar anyhow, something that produces combustable hydrogen at .5 amps, enough to run most internal combustion engines!! The Premier just set him up with land and funding to start a facility retrofitting cars. Holy monkey, the hydrogen age is all the rage! Water powered car solution to fuel crisis

Water Fuel Cell Technology
Water fuel cell technology has a very long and elaborate history, one that can only truly be appreciated with significant research, but perhaps this brief synopsis will be enough to spark curiosity...
Around the time of the discovery of the battery, it was found that placing two electrodes, connected to the opposite poles of a battery, into water, at close proximity, causes the water to separate into hydrogen and oxygen gas that rises from the surface of the water. This process was eventually dubbed electrolysis and has been reproduced in various manifestations throughout the two centuries since due to the unique qualities of combusting and burning hydrogen gas. It was not until the recent, "apparent," discovery of Brown's Gas that Meyer invented his water fuel cell. Brown gas can apparently be created in a similar fashion to hydrogen gas, the difference is that brown gas has been converted to hydrogen and oxygen by using the work potential of high voltages. The hydrogen gas generation in a water fuel cell is voltage dependent and can be accomplished using little to no current which is thought of as electrical work, the high voltage has the ability to do the work. The water fuel cell accomplishes this by resonating the voltage between the water capacitor and a diode in an electrolysis circuit. Not only is the water fuel cell technique purportedly capable of producing hydrogen with a third less energy than can be reclaimed off an internal combustion engine burning it, where conventionally it would cost three times as much energy to produce as reclaimed from and ICE, it also is possible with plain tap water or any other water, previously electrolysis required augmentation of the water often with salts and other minerals, to increase the hydrogen gas generation to significant enough levels. A true water fuel cell is essentially the ability to create free energy, the high voltage fractures the water molecules through electromagnetic resonance releasing the energy stored in the compound through its traversing of the environment. Water fuel cell technology, therefore doesn't defy any laws of physics, the energy is contained in the system already, it is just release through the resonance.
